Servitalent has signed a strategic alliance, for the Spanish and Latin American market, with the Dutch consultancy firm Human Insight, to use analysis tools in its talent services to identify the right people for a company according to its life cycle.
In addition to an exhaustive analysis of hard skills (technical competencies) and soft skills (attitudinal competencies) within a selection process, or even for the assignment of an interim manager for a company, it is very important to consider in these processes where the company is in its life cycle, that is, whether it is in a start-up, growth, consolidation or decline phase. And, perhaps most importantly, whether it has the right people in the right position at each of these stages to add value to the company's strategy.
