In the last few days, and after a few months of working on the implementation of ISO 27001, at Servitalent we have successfully achieved certification in this new Quality standard in our quest for continuous improvement. This certification is added to those we already had, and thanks to it we can guarantee excellence in our services and strengthen and promote even more our management and security system.
In 2017 we implemented ISO 9001, which is the quality management standard with the highest recognition, with the main objective of improving the satisfaction of our customers (both companies, as well as candidates and interims), seeking efficiency in the organization's processes.
In 2019 we decided to go for a more specific standard, ISO 10667-2 for People Assessment in work and organizational environments, to improve and homogenize the decision processes of each people assessment service and to guarantee security and legal compliance on confidentiality, data protection, equality and non-discrimination.
And this year, 2021, we have achieved ISO 27001 certification in our bet to ensure the security of information. The main focus of this standard is to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in a company. And how is this achieved? By investigating and evaluating the potential risks that could affect the information we handle in the company and defining what security measures (policies, procedures and technical implementations) must be taken to prevent these risks from becoming real threats and to protect it.
We are celebrating because our Information Security System has been validated by the Tüv Rheinland certifier and complies with the best practices and guidelines dictated by the standard! And it is definitely a collective achievement, which demonstrates the involvement of the entire #TeamServitalent with providing value to our customers: company, candidates and interim managers.
