Returning Talent to the Basque Country

When we talk about the Basque Country, we are without doubt, talking about Industry, innovation, development and job opportunities.

And of course, we also talk about energy and renewable projects (as it cannot be otherwise).

Major operations are being carried out in this region of northern Spain; multinational firms have seen and taken good note, and have decided to make Spain, and more specifically the Basque Country, their center of reference at a European level.

And this, like everything else, happens for a reason: because we have the bases in this country to lead the next talent transition.

Continuing with the example, Spain intends and is managing to be a referent in terms of renewable energies; and within Spain, the Basque Country is a region or one of the regions with the most potential for this. Its very close connection with France and other European countries, as well as its multiculturalism, the high degree of engineering that is handled, the constant innovation that is carried out, the different European collaborations that it maintains...

And all of this makes that this region has a big need for talent right now.

Companies are trying to recruit at a global level the talent they need, to incorporate the right people into their teams, at the right time (now). And it's not being easy for them. Because they (companies) are not focused into that, that is not their business and, nevertheless, it is a real latent need, which must be solved.

At Servitalent we specialize in the search for managerial profiles, middle managers and highly qualified profiles.

And we do it globally.

We do it through two very specific services: Executive Search and Interim Management; two figures that without a doubt, every day are better known and recognized here.

As international Headhunters, we are part of the Talentor International network as its exclusive partners in Spain (Talentor Spain), and we have the obligation to understand the company's needs, to help them to solve a problem that is very real and which, if you are not properly accompanied, for sure it's going to cause you a lot of headaches.

In recent years, countries such as Mexico, the United States, India or China, to cite a few examples, have been the countries where our companies are targeting, due to the strong industrial growth of economies in sectors such as the automotive industry or those linked to energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables).

Going hand in hand with a company that knows these countries well, that acts there locally, that knows where the talent is and where is not, and above all, having the coordination and responsibility of the project from Spain, is without doubt an competitive advantage too big for not taking advantage of it.
