Servitalent presents in Spain the results of the 1st edition of the Talentor Global Survey.
The results of the Talentor Global Survey, carried out by Talentor International and coordinated by our CEO, Alberto Fernández Varela, have been presented these days. For the elaboration of this study, strategic conversations were held with 118 professionals with executive responsibilities from 22 countries, including CEOs (30%), CHROs and human capital leaders (53%), and other executives (CMO, COO, CFOs). The interviewees come from private companies from different sectors. The main objective of this study was to identify trends in talent acquisition and retention and their impact on the recruitment industry.
According to the study's results, business leaders face significant challenges in finding and retaining the right talent in their organizations. For most of them, the biggest risk to achieving their companies' growth objectives is not finding enough qualified people. For this reason, 53% of respondents are expanding their search internationally and 28% nationally to achieve the necessary growth rates. Additionally, 64% of executives believe that attracting the right talent is becoming more difficult than in the past.
Given this challenging panorama, it is essential to adopt effective strategies to attract and retain talent. According to the survey, offering more flexibility in working conditions, improving employee benefits, and investing in health and well-being-related benefits are the main approaches to overcome the labor shortage.
The results of the Talentor Global Survey, available for free to anyone interested, highlight the importance of strategically addressing talent-related challenges in organizations. In a competitive labor market, finding and retaining the right talent is key to achieving business growth. Therefore, at Servitalent, we are committed to helping companies implement effective talent attraction and retention strategies, providing customized solutions tailored to their needs.
