Last September 29th and 30th was held in Rome a new edition of one of the most important events in the Executive Search sector at international level, the Summit 2022 of Talentor International, organized on this occasion by MCS Selection (Talentor Italy). On this occasion, and after overcoming the mobility restrictions of previous years, with the participation of 34 countries and a total of 140 participants, it was a complete organizational success!
Once again, Servitalent (Talentor Spain) was present but this time with more staff (Antía Barros, Manto Antoniotti y Alberto Fernández) and a very prominent role during the meeting. These have been the most important milestones we have achieved:
- Summary presentation of the activities and achievements obtained by the Marketing Practice Group, made by our colleague Manto Antoniotti; leader and coordinator of this group, integrated by several countries. Not only the important advances in international cooperation in communication and digital marketing applied to recruiting were highlighted, but also a commitment has been achieved by many of the countries to incorporate the figure of Marketing & Communication Manager within their structures. It has been sufficiently clear that the attraction of talent and international clients depends on joint efforts in this area in which Spain has bet and stands out for years. First point achieved!!!!
- Summary presentation on how to internationalize the activity of Executive Search by our CEO, Alberto Fernández Varela. In this block, along with other contributions from Bulgaria, Austria and South Africa, we put in value the strategic change made by Servitalent to adapt its positioning and commercial operation to the demands of the international market in the Executive Search sector. It has become clear that our bet is being decided and the results are there to continue betting and investing. Second point to the locker!
- We have been considered and awarded, together with our dear and appreciated Dutch colleagues from Independent Recruiters, as the most outstanding company of the year within Talentor International in terms of involvement, cooperation, contribution and generation of cross-border business. The prize is none other than a trip to Vienna (Austria) to visit Talentor's headquarters and, of course, our friends at Epunkt, the Austrian leader in the sector and local representative of this international network. Needless to say, there will be time for sightseeing and team fun. Third highlight for the Spanish Team!
- A workshop on how to apply marketing techniques (inbound) to recruitment activities was given by our Manto Antoniotti, who was undoubtedly one of the main protagonists of the event. Our work as a company, and hers in particular as a professional, has been recognized.
Fourth point for Spain!
- And when we were already packing up and saying goodbye... Manto Antoniotti was recognized as the winner of the LinkedIn challenge launched during the Summit for her work, involvement, and contribution to the group during these last months and, of course, during the two Roman days. Five super points!!!!
But the most important thing is to have shared almost four days as a team, getting to know each other better as people, enjoying a multicultural environment, learning from the best, getting ideas for the business, identifying new opportunities, making new friends...and of course, enjoying the Eternal City. Set and match for the team!!!!
