Executive Search in Bosnia and Herzegovina

As you may already know, Servitalent is part of the headhunters network Talentor International.

Some time ago we created an initiative called "Spanish e-coffee with..." in which, little by little, we are coordinating with the teams from the different countries that make up this network, in order to share a "virtual coffee" to get to know each other and, also, explore ways to collaborate together in the search for executive talent in both countries. In this way we both manage to improve our global recruitment services and, at the same time, get closer to the culture and peculiarities of these countries in order to better understand the needs of their market.

A couple of weeks ago we were able to meet our colleagues from Bosnia and Herzegovina in one of these "virtual coffees". We were able to talk to the Popcorn Recruiters team and share details and experiences about both countries.

Ema Hasicevic, Business Operations Associate, in a short interview, she told us some of the main keys to a better understanding of the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We had direct experience with the Spanish job market where we recruitet IT Professionals in Barcelona.

Expanding our recruitment operations to Spain would be an interesting opportunity for our company considering that we have a Spanish-speaking recruiter on our team. Besides that, we have a great talent pool of IT professionals drom EU countries who are seeing Spain as a desirable place to live and work in.
